Why is fitness important?

A recent picture of mine but still my overall health is still the same. Got back to the grind this week!

I’m back after a long hiatus.

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

How do I cope with the fact that I will never have a girlfriend?

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

I know , I know.

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

Can we trust the Bible when Constantine and the First Council of Nicaea took out many books of the Bible and altered existing translation by removing things?
